A few years ago, we noticed that the membership list (over 1,000 members strong) maintained by the Kansas 4-H Foundation may not have the most current information. Because we are no longer a society that stays in one location after graduating from college, it is more difficult to keep membership lists updated. Also, many of us are more accustomed to electronic mail than "snail" mail. Therefore, we need to update the database with e-mail addresses. We have also developed our own database that merges with the Kansas 4-H Foundation's database. With the internal database, the alum association has the capability to more readily, easily, and quickly provide information and announcements about events to its alums. This database will be used for the Clovia Alum 75th Anniversary Directory.

The links below to the Member Profile Sheet and a New Initiate to the Alum Association can either be printed for completion or completed in WORD. We don't have the capabilities to submit this information online, so once you have it completed, you can either e-mail it as an attachment (kellicox@ksu.edu) or send it to me at the address below.
