DUTIES OF NATIONAL TREASURER

Follow through on duties as outlined in Constitution and Bylaws.

More specifically:

Keep records of the National dues submitted before May 31 of the current year by each chapter. Notify active and alumnae chapters to send in the dues for members and a list of names for whom the dues are being paid.

Active Chapters:

Each girl initiated during the year shall pay $8.00 annual dues to the national organization.

Each active member shall pay $8.00 annual dues to the national organization; $1.00 of each member's dues will be allocated for the National Expansion Fund. The full $8.00 must be paid by an active member, regardless of the length of time that she was active in that school year.

The list of names of the initiates and active members for whom the dues are paid must accompany the check to the national treasurer.

Alumnae Chapters:

Upon installation into an alumnae association, a lifetime membership fee of $10.00 per person shall be received by the national treasurer

A list of all names for whom dues are submitted must accompany the payment

Responsible for accurate distribution and payment of all expense vouchers by Clovia delegates upon completion of National and midpoint meetings or other approved expenses.

Compile and file an annual income tax record and submit it to the proper person.

Serve as chairman of the Finance Committee.
